SUGARED + BRONZED (Logan Circle)

I had the best experience at the S&B Logan Circle location. It was my first time doing a sugar waxing and was quite nervous. But the final look was perfect and my Sugarista made me feel super comfortable. Cannot recommend enough!

The location is very cleanly and I found the staff to be highly professional. My tan artist was extremely detailed and was thoughtful in recommending a tan level. She answered all questions thoroughly. I was fairly pale and am now a perfect sun kissed shade that is nicely even (not orange!). 10/10 will be back!

I typically go to euro bronze which I highly recommend, but S&B opened in my neighborhood so I decided to give it a try. The new location is very clean and organized and the women were very friendly. However I noticed post tan they left harsh lines at my wrist since didn’t properly wipe them. They also didn’t spray in between my fingers leaving my hands looking like I did the tan myself. At checkout when giving me the total it was higher than the advertised price and when I asked where she got that number from she said “that includes the 18% gratuity I added for myself” which I thought was really unprofessional and a little off putting for a place like this. I usually tip 20% at a spray tan but her adding it herself before I had the chance to do it was odd and I didn’t alter it from there.

Lakia is an amazing aesthetician. She was gentle yet thorough with my wax experience. She made me feel very comfortable, and her conversation relieved my anxiety about getting a Brazilian wax. 10/10 experience!

So happy Sugared & Bronzed is now available in the DMV! Ladies: this is going to be the most affordable option for a Brazilian in the DMV, and the service is amazing. I'd strongly recommend-- 10/10!
