Sublime Salon Studios

This is about a specific stylist, NOT the salon. I recieved a cut and color from stylist Lauren and when I sent her photos and asked her for a refund I was told that I was being mean spirited and that she would only refund $150 of the $236 I spent (I was in her chair for 6 hours.) My hair is VERY crooked. The color is splotchy and blocky. I had brushed my hair prior to going to bed and there was so much breakage. At first, with it curled, it looked cute (but not at all what I asked for as I was told it would take multiple sittings to get there) but once it was straightened (no heat used! I used a wet paddle brush to relax everything down) it was obvious that the color and cut were horrible.
