I've never received such perfect customer service. They found the Perfect balance of keeping me up to date on when my order would arrive without texting me ever second the way some companies do. They provided a cute free welcome gift with my purchase. Everything was nicely packaged and the item was exactly as advertised.

I absolutely love shopping here!!! Martha and Denae are the most genuine people out there. They are quick to respond with questions about products and are super knowledgable! I recently started having issues with my efile and started doing research on new ones. I went in asking Martha her opinion and she showed me the medicool brand. They didn’t have the model I was interested in store so they ordered it for me! Shipping came super quick as well. They have also hosted a few amazing classes that I have been able to go to as well.

I learned of this company from M Jay (Melissa) by watching a Young Nails nail tutorial. They had a fantastic selection of products. The item I wanted wasn’t currently in stock, but they notified me as soon as it was available and I ordered it immediately. Within 4 days I got my purchase in the mail! I also received text updates as to where my package was throughout the delivery process. I will definitely be using Gemini Cosmetics as a product resource again!
