Body In Knead

If you're looking for a massage therapist who will be a partner in your well-being, Body in Knead is for you. They start by really listening to what you're feeling and your goals for body work, then they use various modalities to get to the root of the issues. I love that my therapist incorporated deep stretching into my session. This is a really great set-up where instead of having to choose one type of massage (deep tissue, relaxation, etc.) you receive a combination of modalities, based on what will help you get the results you're seeking. Highly recommend!

I went in for a deep tissue/sports massage and Josh made sure to address the specific painpoints I was concerned with and was very quick to adjust pressure as needed. He was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and made the entire experience relaxing and fun. Highly recommend!

I've been seeing Marcos monthly for almost a year at the sparks location. His knowledge and understanding of anatomy and kinesiology is clearly evident in the way he is able to tailor his techniques to individual client's needs. In addition to Marcos' calm, kind personality, the atmosphere of the office and rooms make it incredibly easy to relax, so much so that it's always a regret when the hour is up and it's time to go. I truly look forward to my appointment every month and am so grateful to Marcos for always making the experience exactly what I need.

I've been seeing Marcos at Body in Kneed for about 4 months now and he's the best masseuse I've had in a long time. He really listens to you and what your problem areas are and customizes the experience for you. The stretches he performs on me are incredible and leave me feeling so good after my sessions. Super cool dude who's great at what he does and has a real passion for wellness and recovery. Highly recommend if you are tired of cookie cutter massages other places offer.

I got a massage at Body in Knead by Julie over the weekend. It was amazing!! I have had extremely tight muscles around my hip and lower back area for over a year. This tightness has caused some excruciating pain that I have learned to live with. I have been to several places to find relief and nothing has come close to my experience with Julie. She focused on the area that was in Knead and she made the tension go away almost instantly. I can say that after one session and 3 days later, I am almost pain free. Prior to my session with Julie, my pain would at times get to a 9 out of 10. After one session, my pain is a 1 out of 10. I highly recommend Julie if you are looking for a skilled masseuse!
