Sublime Salon & Day Spa

I’m torn about making this review, but I have to share my experience. This was my first time getting my hair done at this salon and I got put with the stylist, Allison, a very nice lady. However, she had NO idea what she was doing. I asked for a full blonding (heavy highlights) and she was lost from the start. She absolutely fried the top portion of my hair after bleaching it THREE separate times. im honestly very lucky to still have hair. I had an appointment at 10:30am and i didn’t leave the salon until 4:40pm with my hair in shambles. I never cried so much about my hair. The only justice this salon gave me was not having to pay to get my hair destroyed.

After 30 years in business, the owner has learned how to treat the customer and make your hair treatment a full spa experience. The mayor even issued her a Proclamation of congratulation 🎊

I started coming to Sublime Salon for perms a couple of years ago and started with Chris who did a really great job. She has since retired, and I started seeing Alison who has given me both a perm and 2 haircuts since August. I can't tell you how happy I am to have finally found someone who REEEALLLY gets what I'm looking for. I'm a combination of relieved, grateful, and happy. I'm a professional opera singer and teacher, so it's incredibly important to me to look like a Diva quite often. With thin, oily hair like mine, good hair days seem rare. Alison has helped shape my hair and has given me a ton of confidence. THANK YOU!!!!!!

Best Mani & Pedicure I’ve ever had! Sue was so gentle and paid attention to detail, great massage and I didn’t feel rushed. I was so relaxing!

Rude if you aren't a regular customer. I used to be a customer. I've been sick. They don't care. They don't honor what they tell you. Terrible attitude. They are always right. High priced also. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
