Had a lovely experience with Jenny! She was very attentive and worked with me to figure out what I wanted from a haircut. You can tell how much she loves her craft as she was absolutely meticulous with every snip. Also just super fun to talk to. About 7yrs ago I started experiencing autoimmune issues that caused hair thinning and loss. A coworker recommended Giselle. She agreed to give me a consultation and told me with time and care she could heal my scalp, which would help with the hair loss. She did indicate it wouldn't happen overnight. I appreciated her honesty and became a client. Giselle personally worked with me for years and as my scalp became healthier she let Trinity do my color, under her supervision, which really wasn't required. Trinity was amazing herself! Giselle and her team always work together for the client. Trinity has now moved out of state. Gabby who has been with them for several years has now moved into Trinity's position. She is amazing! Giselle has always been great . Ive been seeing her for about 5 years now. She takes the time to go over exactly what you want and the best thing is, she tells you what can be achieved and doesnt sugar coat it. Giselle cares about your hair!! Shes gentle and always goes above and beyond with treating her clients with love . I cant say enough! The girls at the salon are all so welcoming and the environment and energy is always so nice! Jenny is fantastic. She's great at carefully listening to what you want and making it a reality. I'm so pleased with my cut and color. And I really enjoy the experience of the salon - the people who work there are so friendly and gracious with everyone. It's a great vibe.
