Unfortunately I have attempted to make this right with the owner of the salon, who was no help. I’m writing this review to hopefully help anyone else in my position to speak up in the future. I really wanted to love this salon. The stylist herself was very sweet and kind, and I appreciated her demeanor throughout the appointment. I was excited to find a stylist close to my workplace and hoped this would become my go-to salon. That said, my experience was disappointing overall. My appointment started about an hour late, which was difficult for me as a mom of four, though I tried to be understanding. I came in with a clear inspiration photo and a specific look in mind. While she explained she wasn’t comfortable doing the bangs I requested (which I respected), the final result was very diff

Walking into Sublime truly is a luxurious experience. The space is open and very inviting. I was given hot tea as I settled in and we discussed the plans for my hair. Stephanie is so kind & patient!!! Her master knowledge 1000% saved me from the damage I had done. Stephanie completely transformed my hair. I'm in total awe of her talent and skills. My hair was an absolute disaster, I mean brooms look softer than what I had on my head. I asked for vivids but gave her complete creative control over the rest. I'm so happy with the results, and I highly recomend you give Sublime a chance to make you feel beautiful ❤️

The best best best ever! Stacy rescued my hair after a tragic salon incident when I was in highschool and she’s been my girl ever since! I have followed her to 4+ salons and would continue to do so! However, her little shop right in the heart of riverside is a VIBE— relax and enjoy the pampering here. All of the shop girls are wonderful and so talented as well. Trust me, you won’t regret it. ESPECIALLY if you’re a blonde looking for that real bright refresh. Stacy and the girls will take care of you!!

I can’t speak highly enough of Stacey and her salon! The salon is beautiful and thoughtful (with snacks provided) and Stacey provides the definition of perfection when it comes to coloring. She offers all of the newest and best techniques, including extensions!
