If I could rate a 0, I absolutely would. I was reminded exactly why I don't get my hair done at salons, because stylists seem to have no respect when it comes to your requests and hair. Stephanie started out extremely heavy-handed, so I asked her to tone it down. Not only does she keep being rough, but she rips her fingers through my hair. I could hear strands popping. This type of foolishness will make you want to knock the devil out of someone, because that's disrespectful. It's like she had to be rough with everything she did, even drying my hair. I'm paying money to have a proper service, not to be disrespected for making a simple request and definitely not to have my hair damaged by someone acting like they couldn't care less.
