Style & Figure Salon

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Style & Figure Salon in Twin River, NJ, and I have to say that it was one of the best hair cutting experiences I have ever had. I am hesitant to give this place a review because it is a hidden gem, and I am afraid that it might blow up with new customers. However, I feel compelled to give them credit for the amazing service they provide. I used to go to Great Clips, but even when I checked in, I still had to wait, and only some of the stylists could give a good men's cut. However, at Style & Figure Salon, there was no wait, and every stylist was able to give a great fade and hard part. My wife went here for a haircut and they did a terrible job. It was all chopped up and uneven. My wife was hung up on when she called and tried to speak with a manager after she got home. When she called again they would not answer her questions or put a manager on the phone. When I finally went to speak to them they refused to give a refund. I was told “we have a Business to run” and I said I would call the better business bureau. All they said was “okay.”Then 20 mins later my wife received a call that they would issue us the refund if we went back. Not a fan of how this place runs. You’ve been warned.

I wanted my hair cut longer in the front and short in the back, so because my hair is naturally curly it looked nice at first but when i got home and decided to straighten it, it was chopped up in the back and both sides are not the same length. One side is shorter then the other. I will never go there again. I wish i could get a refund.

Couldn't tell you how the rest of their services are but I recommend never going here to get individual lashes. The first time she did them, they were laying in all directions, it looked like I literally had 5 single lashes on each eye and sadder was the fact that she used the clump lashes towards the ends. Im guessing she assumed I wouldn't notice. The biggest slap in the face is that they have a sign on the window stating these lashes were $40...that's for full single lashes. Instead I got 10 individual lashes which by the way she glued a single lash to anywhere between 3-5 of my real lashes at a time and charged me $45 without batting an eye. Getting them off was horrible, my eye was irritated the next day because apparently she also glued the lashes to my upper eyelid. I came back and
