Amazing staff, very attentive to your needs and informative of the products.

Store manager Christina is awful. She doesn't know her job and doesn't know how to talk to customers. Other staff is nice and friendly but not the manager Christina.

Excellent staff here! Super friendly and helpful! I have been to other locations but this one is really great and easy to get to as well. Good variety in store. Jules was super upbeat and friendly in particular. I dont know their names but there were two young gentlemen (both had dark hair) who were also super friendly and helpful and made the shopping experience so nice- will definitely be back! Edit: 9/10: I have said it before but every single staff member here is courteous, helpful and so kind! They make an effort to remember you and connect with you when you come in! :) it makes a difference in my experience. :) Julie is the best employee! She knows me by name and is so efficient and friendly! Abby is also so friendly and remembers faces so well and has great customer service skill

I absolutely love this place! My experience here was made even more better recently when I went in to get a couple of items exchanged. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the lady at the billing counter was also very kind and patiently scanned my items so that I can have an even exchange. Overall I would recommend this bath and body works over all others because the staff genuinely cares and wants you to have a good shopping experience! They also took exquisite care during the pandemic, followed all social distancing rules and made sure that the counter tops were clean and sanitized after each customer!
