Ariana provided a welcoming experience at the front desk. The massage with Jen was exceptional. She provided feedback for wellness and was very professional and knowledgeable.

John is a perfect match as my new massage therapist. I’m typically VERY picky when it comes to my preferences for massage and John was able to customize the entire experience to adapt to my needs. He really did a ton of work on the most right areas of my back as requested and the day after I feel MUCH better. John is also very respectful therapist and I never felt awkward or unsafe at any time. Can’t wait for my next massage!

Had a really great experience here. First time getting a facial and some kind of acne treatment and my esthetician, Anna, was awesome. Very knowledgeable about what she was doing and a ton of experience. Gave me some great advice and recommendations afterwards on how to bring my acne under control. Highly recommend her and the place.

I went for the Black Friday sale and Caitlyn came to an associate’s rescue as I was getting frustrated. She was very patient and professional while explaining the different options available for members and non-members which caused my confusion at first. I was very pleased with my final purchase, which was for a close relative’s upcoming birthday, and the 2 for 1 price on Black Friday was definitely worth it. It’s a lovely facility, in a convenient location with plenty of parking.

Price is what you pay, value is what you get. High price, low/average value at best. Glenn did not do a good iob and kept trying to upsell me. Like why would I do 90 min next time if you’re not that good. His “technique” made my leg hurt so much the next day. $86 for a 50 min body massage. Not even 60 minutes. And the quality is not good. On a good side, facility is clean and front staff were friendly! I came here for a great massage though.
