I love it here! Tiki has been servicing my locs for almost 3 years. I moved to Jax & was unhappy with the first 2 shops I tried and since, Tiki has not only started locs for my sister and nephew, but also did my wedding (a total of 4 or 5 loc styles), and the environment is family friendly. I get compliments on my color AND ALWAYS get the style I asked for.

Tiki is a warm spirited person with a great personality! She's very talented with her work. My hair turned out beautiful and I never had to second guess my decision coming to her. She did a FABULOUS JOB!

I’ve been loc’d for 3 years and I’ve only been to two salons (this being my second). I take great care of my locs but wanted to treat myself for a formal event. I asked for an updo ponytail with rose petals. The process was long (but expected at salons, reasons I rarely go) but the outcome was cute but gave me a headache for 4 days due to the tightness. I took my hair down 1.5 week later. There is a 3.5 inch bald spot in the dead center of my head. My thickest loc came out. I have cried all day after washing it. I have never had thin locs. No bald spots previously. I’m highly upset that the tightness of my locs caused such a huge bald spot. I don’t care about a refund. I just want to make others aware.
