Studio M Salon and Boutique

Cuts are fine, but find somewhere else for “fantasy color” or maybe even all color. See picture (and please note that my natural color is dark blonde, not black). Requested all-over, very dark, pure green. Afterward, stylist admitted that results were not what I asked for, but blamed it on the dye and didn’t offer any solution. Other stylists were cringing. This was not cheap, and I will now have to go somewhere else and pay full price a second time to get this fixed.

This is a wonderful salon. I've always been happy with everything I've gotten done there. This salon was recommended to me by a bride who chose Studio M to help her on her wedding day and everyone looked beautiful at the wedding. I've been a loyal customer since. The prices are great and service is fabulous. They are very accommodating even when I've had last minute scheduling problems or impending snow storms! What more could one ask for?

I went there twice. People were nice. I liked the woman who did my hair. I made another appointment. I went today and found the salon was empty and a for rent sign on the building. I had to find a new place right away as my son is getting married and I needed my hair done. The new place told me studio M moved to a new location. A phone call from studio m would have been nice.

Ohmygosh!! LOVED the location, and the shop is beautiful - filled with light and beautifully decorated. But! Kaleigh did a perfect job - my hair is tough to work with but I felt like a million bucks walking out. So happy to have my next appointment all set up. Doubt I'll ever go anywhere else!

Scheduled an appointment 3 weeks out only to arrive that morning to be told my stylist called out because a slightly upset stomach and wanted to "play it safe." Apparently they tried to call me -- probably not much earlier that morning -- but had the wrong number, despite me verifying my phone number with them when I made the appointment. I was then told that I would hear from my stylist for rescheduling, after I verified my phone number again. It's been almost a week and I haven't been contacted. It's sad because I've heard good things about this place but I will be finding another salon.
