Syd was amazing! I got the tea tree VIP scalp massage, shampoo, conditioner and trim. Syd was so bubbly and we had an amazing conversation and the scalp massage she gave me was absolute heaven after the week I had. I’ll definitely go back to Syd as my stylist from now on.

Not happy at all. I made a last minute booking and forgot to ask if one of our regular hairdressers was there. I showed a picture of the hair style I wanted for my mom and we got something not even closer. The lady was nice and polite but definitely needs to improve her skills. Lesson learned: ask for your preferred hairdresser

I was a walk in just before noon. It took 5 minutes to be seated and had great feedback on the best cut for my circumstances. Highly recommend the Hair Cuttery in Charles Town, Wv. Very friendly people. I will be back for my trim!

Never in my life have I ever had a hair cut that I LOVED. Tiffany listened, made recommendations, and put me on a hair regimen to help my hair health and hair growth journey. I asked for long layers with face framing, but she made a different suggestion to compliment my fine hair. I cannot wait for my next appointment and cannot recommend Tiffany enough.
