I have been going to the owners for almost a year now - best I have come across in the area! Great people excellent service. You can bring Alisa anything from Pinterest and she will make it happen. They are from California and bring that level of quality to us in Charles Town. William gives best pedicure massage ever! Prices are best in town. New salon is beautiful and convenient near Martins grocery store, Jersey Mike’s etc.

This place is a hidden gem in WV; filled with great vibes, feelings of luxury in every service, with a welcoming environment. The details inside the shop confirm that each service will make you feel beautiful. The customer service and the innovative services are top tier, resulting in me driving from Maryland ! Sassy nails gives quality, professionalism, and most importantly an "attitude of sass."

Very happy! Great service. I did builder gel and nail design, as seen in picture. Alisa was amazing. Shop is clean and beautiful inside. This was my first visit but definitely will not be my last. I found my new nail shop. Nice and welcoming, and price shocked me.. in a good way. I received the grand opening discount- but the original price before discount was exceptional and I honestly thought that that was what I would be paying after 20% discount.

First timer and such a great experience. Fresh new classy look with beautiful floors and light fixtures. I got gel X, William was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Alisa did amazing on the design I showed her a picture and she went above and beyond. Everyone should check it out!

William is the master of pedicures he will have you feeling amazing after getting out of his chair, Alisa is a magician with nails she can do absolutely anything designed wise… this place really makes you feel like family I won’t go anywhere else !
