Ms Sylvia is simply the best. I always get compliments after she twist my hair. She never double book. I love that because you don't waste time sitting in her shop. The shop is always clean and her price is competitive. I recommend her 100%

Sylvia was friendly and approachable. She explained hair styling tips with great suggestions. Great shampoo and conditioner was given. Great recommendations. This was my first visit and plan on returning. Salon was very clean and employees sanitizied chairs, equipment and stations with social distancing observed. On my second visit to Sylvia, she was totally different (very cold, nonresponsive to my questions, exhibited a "I don't care attitude", she pulled my natural hair very rough using a small toothed comb after washing and conditioning my hair). I have not and will not be going back. I may try another beautician at the same shop.

Followed CDC guidelines with my services that was a plus, clean with friendly services, My stylist was more than nice to me and I Love the results that I got and the price, will be going back in about 4 weeks, ask for Ms. Sylvia she really did a Great job with my hair, ☺💕💕💕🙏🏿

My daughter and I absolutely love the ladies that work there! Ms. Sylvia is outstanding. She educates me on my locs every visit and my hair is growing fast and healthy!
