I am very disappointed with the haircut my daughter received from Whitney. She asked for shoulder-length hair, but it was cut much shorter, above her ear. She also asked for bangs, and they were cut extremely short and are now sticking up instead of laying properly. This was not what she requested, and it has been very upsetting for her. A haircut is something that takes time to grow back, and we trusted the stylist to follow what was asked. I hope the salon takes situations like this seriously and ensures better communication and care in the future.

I went to Zoe for a vivid color transformation, and she did the most incredible job! It was my first time at the salon, and she was so welcoming, kind, and dedicated to creating the best color combo possible. The outcome is spectacular, and I couldn’t recommend her more! 💗

Whitney is amazing at what she does and is always so fun to chat with. Seriously a miracle worker and has impeccable taste. My hair is naturally very frizzy and she just knows how to style it perfectly

If I could give a zero star I would. I have never had this horrible of a haircut in my life. She said she knew how to do razor cuts. I would not recommend her doing them. I don't even know how she has her cosmetology license for haircut. I will never go back. I think it's going to take my hair to grow three maybe more months for me to be able to have it restyled the way it should be. There are areas that are so short that I can barely get my curling iron in them. Absolutely horrible.

Hands down, Erin is the best hairstylist I've had in decades. She was genuinely engaging, had a great sense of humor, and gave me a lovely haircut. Give the lady a raise! I love the remodel too - it has a nice comfortable feel inside.
