Enrico is a very compassionate and skillful practitioner. He has helped me on a number of occasions both to address specific pain issues I've had as well as help me recover a general sense of comfort and ease in my body. I always trust he will give great care and thoughtfulness to everyone I refer to him.

Enrico is a unique blend of sports medicine physical therapist (even though he doesn't have official licensing) and massage therapist. He is strictly therapeutic. He listens to what's been bothering you and works on them, as well as your whole body. You can choose to have your clothes on or remove them. Either way, you'll get an excellent massage and leave feeling 100% better than when you walked in.

Over the past seven years, I have seen Enrico Ruggeri for occasional massage therapy and have also referred clients to him from my chiropractic practice, Dance With Life Chiropractic. I can trust Enrico to help patients of mine resolve more complex physical needs and injuries. In addition, to his excellent hands-on skills, Enrico is an expert at providing stretching and other self-care recommendations, to help his clients fully heal. I am a national class runner for my age and have been getting regular massage for many years. I know a good massage therapist from a not so good one, and Enrico is really top notch. He has a great sense of the body, and touch, and knows how to identify problem areas and work effectively on them. I highly recommend him.
