**Terrible Experience - Unprofessional and Poor Quality** I had an awful experience at this barbershop. The barber was extremely unprofessional from the start. He talked about some bizarre topics, like passing gas, barely passing his barber test, and how his school was corrupt. The place itself was unhygienic, he didn’t clean any of the guards and he got hair all over me. He didn’t listen to my instructions and I had to step in and guide him multiple times. When he finally finished, he was very shady with the mirror, barely letting me see the cut. I asked my girlfriend to take a photo, and I see a very noticeable, gash in my hair. It’s a quarter-sized spot and left a very noticeable bald spot. When I confronted him about it, he told me I had alopecia. I have very thick hair that grows ve

Let me start by saying that I'm a licensed barber. I understand the business in and out. I've also maybe written one other bad review in my whole life First off, the people are kind. I'll give them the credit for that. Good conversations and good hospitality. However, I had a lot of issues. I don't have a lot of hair, just a buzz cut that I wanted faded. The cut took 10 minutes, not even. Asked for a low skin fade (where the bald line ends at the ear), and I left looking like a cop. Bald line damn near starts at the TOP of my head. That's not worth the $40 I paid. Secondly, i paired this with a straight razor shave. This is supposed to go to skin, but all I got was a safety razor. I still have patches of hair all over my face. I had a job interview the next day and needed to find a barber in the area since the usual barber I go to is all the way in St. Cloud. A quick Google search led me to finding Straight Razor, and with its high ratings and proximity to where I live, I decided to give them a shot. That was an expensive mistake. To start, the barbershop is quiet and sterile, with no music or ambience to note and blank walls with boring neutral colors all around.
