I have never experienced such condescending management and ownership. I had straightened my hair for the first time a little over a week after I got my haircut. The hair looked unnatural, choppy and uneven, when I specifically asked for long layers. I called 3 times on 11/17 and left a voicemail around noon to ask to fix my haircut. I called again the following day, and I left a voicemail also around noon. I called again at 2pm and a woman responded, saying that she was waiting to hear back from the stylist and that's why she didn't respond. I told her that I felt really bad about my hair and wanted to get it fixed, or else I'd look for it elsewhere. She told me to send her pictures, and when I did, she said that Cat, the stylist, was with a client and is aware, and would get back to me. W

The salon/spa are beautiful! The owners are great! Lili gives the best haircuts and Courtney is queen of the lash lift! Oh, and did I mention there’s a salon dog?! 🐶

Do not go here if you want to get your hair cut, especially if you have any kind of preference for the way you want it cut. I had past-my-butt length hair, plenty of room to get whatever cut I wanted and between the owner, and two of their “stylists” one of which they call a “junior stylist” (apparently she doesn’t know how to cut hair at all, and is basically in training which they don’t disclose that) they butchered my hair and I will likely have to get at least an inch or two more cut off to even out the “layers” they were attempting to give me. Horrendous excuse for a hair salon and lied up and down about what was going on. I had to get up and leave before they tried any further to cut it so I could save my hair for another day. I am so mad and deeply upset. What I was asking for was
