This is my second time coming to Joanne and she is so incredible! Her communication with what i wanted and service was literally above and beyond! She took my scalp sensitivity into consideration and made sure to avoid upsetting it! She is definitely my go to from now on, I definitely recommend her to anyone!

the salon itself is extremely clean, and the stylists are always kind and attentive. i have thick hair (and a lot of it!) and marissa did an amazing job! she makes sure she really understands what exactly you want and does her best to make sure it happens :) her work is beautiful and she is truly skilled and takes her time with you.

Amazing service and cut. The hairdressers are incredibly kind and understanding, they know how to keep a client happy! The salon itself is really cozy, and they even offer snacks and coffee. I came to NY for college and ever since then, I was always afraid to go out and get my haircut here. Now that I found a hair salon like this one, I know where I’ll be coming in for my future haircuts! :)

Joanne has been doing my hair for over 10 years. I’ve followed her wherever she has gone over the years. She listens, gives advice if needed, and always delivers the most beautiful color and cut! She also cares about the health of my hair. The salon itself is clean and conveniently located in the mall. Highly recommend!!
