Lu 10/10 I mean look at my hair the haircut was everything I wanted and the blowout was the cherry on top. I felt really heard and so welcomed I will definitely be rebooking!!

TLDR; lovely salon (5 star), but I highly do NOT recommend Jessica. I was charged $475 (over $500 including tip) for the worst highlights I have ever gotten and a subpar cut; both were truly horrible the first time around and only the haircut was better after the correction. I paid heftily and was absolutely dissatisfied with my results. Photo with my hair bright blond was my reference, 2 photos with unnatural highlights is what I first got without the correction (I was horrified), and the last photo is what my hair looks like now, absolutely not what I asked for. I preface this review as it is only my reflection of getting a blonding service from Jessica. The salon was beautiful, clean, and the other ladies were really kind and lovely. Coco and Victoria did an amazing job taking a weird Covid hair mess and turning it into a fun hairstyle! The service was friendly and moved along, not much waiting. Coco and Victoria lightened the roots and then we picked some fun colors. A clean up trim and style by Coco worked wonders. She got rid of a lot of damaged hair while somehow maintaining the length I wanted. Thank you both! I'll definitely be back and recommend to my friends!

This fun salon caught my eye while xmas shopping in downtown Campbell, so made an appointment online for after the new year. 100%, Karen Q. is magic. Completely transformed my hair from damaged mediocrity to gorgeous modern girl. Colour is exactly what I wanted and the cut, perfection. My hair looks better than it has in years. THANK YOU, Karen.
