I love how professional and talented the staff is. They make sure every detail is just right. My manicure looked stunning and lasted a long time. This salon never disappoints.

I’m sad to post this because the owner is a nice person but I’m disappointed. I got a dip manicure on Sunday and the following Saturday (yesterday) one of my nails fell off and tonight (Sunday) another fell off. I called yesterday to inform her this was happening and she urged me to come in the next day and even though my schedule was really tight I stopped by and they were closed at 1pm, they are supposed to be open until 5pm :( I live in Ipswich and it would be really convenient if I could get my nails done here but I will not take my business here again :( It’s really hard to come up with the money to get my nails done and it needs to last. I feel the need to share as the cost of everything is soaring and I rely on reviews to decide on whether or not I’ll visit a place. (Update) Third

Nail infections! I was worried looking at the tools. Didn't use nail liners in pedicure tub or fungicide. I couldn't believe it. My nails have been throbbing for three days. I took the nails off to look and the skin was indeed pussing around the nail.

This salon is my new favorite place for nails. The technicians are very skilled and pay close attention to detail. The atmosphere is clean, relaxing, and comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality nail services.
