I have tried regular stretching and using ergonomic equipment which I feel helps, but neither have been able to relieve the significant built up tension. We recently moved to the area and received recommendations from friends to try Jessica from Hara Therapeutic Massage and Wellness in Ipswich. First off, as a new customer, Jessica made it easy to schedule a massage and sent me easy to find directions to her lovely quiet space. The setting was very comfortable with soft classical music and ocean waves sounds in the background. The room temperature was just perfect and the bed extremely comfortable. Jessica catered to not only each area of my body, but primarily to my 2 back issues and I left there healed and feeling great! I've never had a reflexology massage before, but it was awesome. Jessica made sure just the right pressure was applied. She is very pleasant and an expert massage therapist!

I first contacted Jessica when I had been experiencing back spasms for several days. I really appreciated that Jessica was able to see me the next day. With one treatment I received relief and after a 2nd massage I was back to normal. I am a very active 73 year old man and am often stiff and achy. I am now seeing Jessica on a regular basis. In the past year and a half, I have suffered three complications with my right leg so-much-so that I am l considered handicapped. Every day I focus on regaining my normalcy if that is indeed possible, but I am always struggling. During this time, I have visited Jess Chace twice a month to help relieve my discomfort.
