I’ve been getting monthly massages from Heather for a little over a year or so and she’s a true pro! She has made a huge difference in the range of motion in my left shoulder. Every 3–4 sessions, I add a cupping massage, which helps even more. She doesn’t just go through the motions—she actually tries to get to the source of the pain. And when I just want a relaxing session, she’s just as great at helping me switch off and de-stress. I can’t recommend her enough!

I have my manicures & pedicures with Melissa and she is great. She is a perfectionist and I'm always happy when I leave. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing.

Can’t say enough - after >3 months of working from home during the pandemic, and a stiff back because of it - I needed this!! I was not nervous about cleanliness as the spa has always had very high standards, but Heather talked me through their protocol & deeper investment in hospital grade cleaning products to ensure everyone’s safety. They’ve even got the plexiglass shield up at the desk - A few new steps - like wearing a mask & waiting outside instead of in lobby - totally easy. Honestly felt very confident here - more so than at the market or pharmacy!! Heather was phenomz as usual - I got deep tissue and I’m good for a month I think! (But will prob go back sooner) So glad they’re back & open for business!!

Went to renew for an amazing deep dissue massage from Heather today. I was able to relax completely while she worked out all my kinks and tight muscles. So relaxing and beneficial to my body. Definitely worth a visit

Charged for cancelling outside of 24 hours. Family emergency? Doesn't matter. Heather exercised her right to do such, I exercise mine not to return and to share with others who may not like this .. I was a local, repeat client. This is something I wish I knew about Renew before I became a customer........
