Star nails and spa II

If I could give this place zero Stars I definitely would. While getting a pedicure the male technician cut me with the clippers. I pulled my foot back and my toe started to bleed really bad. As I was watching him do my pedicure I realized that every utensil he was using was extremely rusted. This is extremely unsanitary and unprofessional. I am contacting the health department to make them aware how contaminated their utensils are and how filthy the actual business is. Please everyone be aware of coming here your HEALTH is more important than a rusted clipper.

My teen daughter goes there to get her nails done and shes a nail bitter so her nails are damaged and the first time she went the males did here nails and she came home bleeding and the nails were thick really bad but we came back and asked for the ladies to do here nails and they were gentle and very talented and kind my daughter didn't come home with beat up bleeding nails with the tool they use compared to the males and I have no problem telling the males I want the girls to do her nails.

I went here for a Soak Off of my acrylics but the man that did my nails disregarded what I said. He proceeded to grab an acrylic extension and jam it under all of my nails to rip them off. It seemed like he was rushing while doing the for no reason when there was no one in line waiting to get nails done. In the process of him manhandling my nails he bruised them and left one with a cut on my natural nail bed! My skin is literally exposed and he knew it too. Then he proceeded to still charge me $10. Don’t ever go here, they don’t care about you or your nails. Didn’t even ask if I was okay the whole time. The first two pictures were right after and the last is the day after.

I been here couple times before today i went with my friend she was getting her nails done I wasnt today i was sitting in the chair upfront but decided since it's only two people here including my friend let me sit next to her because the place is empty less than 60 seconds the lady told me if I'm not getting service I have to move I'm speechless the place is empty I didn't make a scene I got up and went up to the front I felt so embarrassed but I held it together and decided I'll wait for her in the car but I will never come back to this place again

Place is extremely overpriced. I got short nails and asked for the price after he cut them and was told $55. The man then asked what shape i wanted and i told him oval & after shaping them he proceeded to tell me it would be an extra $5 for the shape bringing it to $60. I was like what? Why not tell me before? All in all these basic nails do not look like they cost $60😂 I just paid & left. No point in arguing I just wont come back
