There is a popular saying from legendary Deion Sanders. “If you look good, you feel good”. This resonates in my experience with my haircut at Monark. This was my very first time having my haircut from anyone from my usual bartenders in the usual “convenient” area. Upon meeting Eddie, he was open to hearing what I wanted in a hair cut and also expressed his own opinion in what would work best for me. I always wanted a fresh somewhat tight and fitted cut and beard fade. Alas… here was my Eddie. What I understand about my barber is that he comes from a strong lineage of barbers in his family. Eddy is the man and honestly gives the best fade and beard shape-up out of any barber I’ve ever had. I moved down to south Florida from NYC two years ago. Had some really good barbers in NYC. Took me a bit to find one I liked down here. Once I got a cut from Eddy, I knew he would be my permanent barber. Get over to Monark and sit in Eddy’s chair. You won’t be disappointed!

Eddy has been cutting my son’s hair for over a year. We could not be any happier with his service! He listens to all of his request and exceeds our expectations. He is patient and meticulous. We are able to make an appointment, so there is no wait time which is such a plus. He is also flexible and accommodating with rescheduling when busy schedules get in the way. My son looks forward to his bi weekly appointment with Eddy where he gets to play his choice of PS5 games. Quality, consistency and exceptional customer service sets this amazing professional apart from so many other barbers we have tried over the years. We are loyal customers for the long haul!!!
