As a person who has been inside, inside, since the bleak COVID era, Blondies is like finding water in a very dry desert. I came down from the New York area to vacay with my sister. You know, typical snowbirding. While I was down here, I decided I was long overdue for some TLC. While I was perusing the ole Google I happened on Blondies. What drew me in was the funky website, good vibes, and services provided. It was really cool to find a one stop shop that does hair, nails, and sugar waxing. This was exactly what I needed. From Troll doll to Barbie yall. Anyway, I always get nervous going to a salon. Partly because I rarely go, and partly because I have always had a contentious relationship with my hair. Supporting this salon is easy, every single person that works here is a gem. I have been getting sugared by nixie for almost a year and not only is it painless, but I feel so comfortable in her care! Service providers are more than just that, they can change how you see yourself. The owner Dee is an incredible stylist and shows up for the community and all of the other stylists and nail artists are super talented as well. Absolutely recommend anyone looking for a new beauty salon to check them out, you will not regret it. 1000000/10 💗💗💗

Just based off my first experience here I absolutely will be returning with Dee! She helped me understand my hair type better with a few tips for care and the inspo I gave is what I truly came out looking like, which is hard for me to come by. Genuinely one of my favorite haircuts ever already. Such a lovely and welcoming vibe in the salon with everyone there too 🫶🏻 Will absolutely support businesses that make it clear we're here to protect our community. I'm definitely going to check out their other beauty services . So if you're thinking about booking here, don't hesitate!

I found Nixie on TikTok to wax my eyebrows and she was the best! She made me comfortable with the process and explained the different options we could do too. Dee was also able to help me get a bang trim while I was there and everyone was so nice. I definitely will be coming back to get some hair color FOR SURE. Thank you!! ❤️❤️❤️

I’ve recently moved from Miami to North Lauderdale and have been telling myself I need to find a new waxer. Blondies Salon popped up on my instagram and the vibe was ✨✨ IYKYK. I desperately needed my 🐱 waxed and Nixie was my first choice just by her Instagram alone. She made me feel so comfortable, we joked and laughed and honestly I felt like I was visiting my bff! I haven’t done sugaring for that area before but I am absolutely so happy I decided to do it! I feel like my skin feels so much better than it would with normal hard wax. I also got a brow lamination which I’ve contemplated forever on and I’m 100000% glad I did and with Nixie! I have found my new forever salon, I will absolutely go back AND I plan to visit for a hair appointment as well (when I figure out what I want 😂)
