Star 30 Nails Spa

Made an appointment online for 10am. When I arrived at 9:50 no one was at the salon. Someone arrived finally at 10am with 5 people outside waiting. We all had appointments but there wasn’t enough staff here to help. They then took a walk in before sorting out all of the appointments first. Then a young woman called the owner I assume on speaker phone and asked how to organize everyone here waiting and asked if they should make walks in wait over appointments… obviously??? I sat here for 40 minutes and still wasn’t helped. Horrible first impression. I walked out and unfortunately won’t be trying this place. Please make sure your salon is properly staffed and that the staff knows how to help your clients properly.

the whole time was super rushed nails are not at all what i asked for the lady nicked me on almost every cuticle these are not stilleto like i asked and they are way shorter than i asked cause the lady slipped her scissors down even tho i told her to stop n she said okay but still cut them super short ! hell i could get 10 dollar pressons that look better than this mess!!! ugh 56 bucks for what???

I tried to call and book an appointment in advance for a pedicure yet the mailbox for the phone was full. Since I live nearby and couldn’t get a hold of anybody, I went into the salon and they told me I would have to wait for at least two hours for the next appointment. I let them know that their mailbox was full However they didn’t seem very concerned about that… I ended up leaving.

Just started going here. Could not be happier with them. Most recent visit I took my 13 year old granddaughter for nails and she loved them. Very friendly and always so a great job.
