St Marys Nail Spa

Me and my mom just went in for our nails. My nails were already done, just needed a color change, he charged $45 just for a color change! My mom got a full set and he charged her $80!!! Absolutely INSANE pricing, a total rip off if you ask me. Not to mention he did a horrible job on my mom’s nails. Not impressed at all and will not be going back!

Gentlemen with the glasses was terrible. Made me bleed. I kept pulling away and he just kept on hurting me with the drill. On top of that he made my nails so short to the point it hurt. I’d pull away. He’s apologize then go right back to the same thing. On top of this painful experience none of my nails are the same shape nor the same size. He was also glued to his phone. Had an air pod in the entire time and was checking his phone more than paying attention to the pain he was putting me in. I thought by pulling away and saying “ouch that hurts” or “please stop” would make him care. But it didn’t change anything. Will not be going back.

I was hopeful that this would be a new ‘go-to’ nail place. I will say they were able to get me in for a same day appointment which I was appreciative of but I was disappointed with the final result. Below is the inspo vs what I walked out with - the petals were smudged which I asked to be fixed and only one was. Also sanitary wise Nail Utensils went back in drawer rather than into cleaning solution. Manicure and pedicure was $100

Lack of scheduling by the establishment. My husband called and made a appointment with them. When I arrived at the time for the appointment,I was told I didn't have one and they could not fix a broke nail very rudely. Plus it seems like they charge whatever they want to, a different price from one customer to the next.

Went for a pedicure. Going to NFL season opener so did the two teams colours. My feet were in rough shape but now they look and feel smooth. Very happy.
