I brought my daughter to Stephanie for Zone Therapy to help with bed wetting. My daughter rarely woke up dry prior to seeing Stephanie. She would never sleep over a friend's house because she was embarrassed to have to wear a pull up. It took several months of weekly then monthly sessions. She has now been a year without wetting the bed, and having a zone session. She has the confidence to sleep over people's houses. I reached out to Steph about my shoulder as I had frozen shoulder surgery over a year ago back in December. I wasn't sleeping well and it was starting to bother me again, which made me worry. It was so painful under my arm pit all the way up to my neck. Steph got me in the same week I reached out to her. By the next day.. I was sore, but slept so much better through the use of cupping. I had been working prep and cleanup from Hurricane Helene the entire 2 weeks prior and then made an excrutiatingly slow 4-day trip to PA to stay with family for a few days. To say I was stressed is an understatement. I'd been treated for adrenal fatigue/insufficiency in 2023 on a one-year protocol. I have always had great experiences at Serenity Wellness Studio but my massage last night was worth noting. I have chronic osteoarthritis in my knees but I have had issues with inflammation, stiffness and pain in my right knee during the past 3 weeks. I have taken all of the conventional RICE approaches but Stephanie suggested a massage and she focused on my knee area. Besides being relaxing, she was able to provide me relief that I wasn’t getting otherwise. She is knowledgeable, patient and spent more time with me than expected. I definitely will go back for more massage therapy in addition to the spin & yoga classes that I thoroughly enjoy.
