I went in today for a fall color/cut, and am leaving with my hair at the BEST it’s ever looked! Connie Mahovlich hooked me up with a beautiful calico coloring on the underside of my hair. I am over the moon; I can’t stop looking at it in the mirror! She totally understood the vision; even made it better than how I envisioned it 🤩🤩 From start to finish, the entire experience was great. She is so personable. Plus, the pricing was so much cheaper than I thought it was going to be. I absolutely recommend her and will keep on coming back. I’ve also been to Collin quite a few times here and always leave pleased with the job he does!!

i had a great experience here! i had my hair washed and trimmed, and it felt amazing. Mckenna was really nice and we talked the whole time. i would recommend salon beyond basics to everyone!!

I purchased a gift certificate for somebody here and ended up losing it. I thought that I would be told, "tough luck", but the owner was very kind and understanding, and issued me a new gift certificate. Great customer service!

I was not too happy to spend over $250 on my hair that didn’t even look like what I asked for. Even the face Framing was not good at all. The haircut that I got was not even a haircut I even had to ask to get specific spots cut like the front. Maybe for somebody else, but not for thick darker wavy hair. What I got looks more like highlights, but I paid for balayage sadly.
