Absolutely amazing experience at Squeeze San Mateo! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt so calm, clean, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and professional, and my massage therapist really listened to what I needed. The app made booking, customizing, and even tipping super easy — everything felt seamless and thoughtful. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed, like all the tension I’d been carrying melted away. I walked in and floated out! I can’t wait to come back — this place is truly a hidden gem in San Mateo!

I absolutely love Squeeze! I started coming in for the 80-minute massages and ended up getting a membership because every visit has been incredible. You get to choose your own scent (I personally like Lavender or Bergamot), the heated mats feel heavenly, and the entire space is always immaculately clean and calming. Tascha and Manny are my absolute favorites—they’re both so skilled and intuitive—but honestly, every therapist I’ve had has been wonderful. The owner is also incredibly sweet, attentive, and truly makes you feel cared for from the moment you walk in. They also have a ton of merch! Great facility and staff. Super minimalistic, clean, and high tech! I had a cubby space to put my clothes in and charge my phone during my session. I like that I can choose different therapists to try out on the app which is really easy to use. I come out of Squeeze feeling super relaxed and refreshed every time!

Incredible massage! Such a relaxing atmosphere and great hospitality. You get to choose your aromatherapy scent for the room and they have teas/water!
