Has Always done a great job. All the ladies do great work but Ginny is my favorite. Her fade and beard work are almost as top notch as her hilarious “s” talk 😂😂😂. We took our two sons to this Sports Clips location for the first time in over a year. We’ve been cutting their hair ourselves, but decided to treat them to professional haircuts. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. While we were waiting, a woman who appeared to be the manager was openly arguing with an employee about a break. This immediately created an uncomfortable atmosphere. My husband showed a photo reference and clearly requested a specific haircut for the boys, but the final results did not resemble what was requested at all. Our sons were excited to get the styles they chose, and they left feeling disappointed. At checkout, my husband tipped $1 due to the incorrect haircuts and the unprofessional environment. I absolutely did not like the haircut the lady had gave to me at all, it was completely inappropriate the way she would mumble insults as I was getting visibly upset. I asked for a simple clean up on the sides and the top with a full head of hair and left with nearly an inch and a half just in the front of my head while the rest was almost to the skin. I tried telling and showing her what I wanted but she kept throwing suggestions after suggestions not letting me get a word In. Absolutely horrible. I have a 50th anniversary party to attend to which I now have to show up in a hat due to the lack of communication and skill my stylist had

Madelyn is an amazing stylist. We talked about what I wanted and she knew exactly what to do. She was fun to talk to and a very kind, courteous professional. We did an MVP and she did a great job with the shampooing: very sensitive to the water temperature. She also provided a very relaxing and invigorating massage. I would definitely use Madelyn again as my stylist.
