Had an awesome experience at Sports Clips in Pasadena! Karin absolutely crushed it — super professional, friendly, and paid great attention to detail. She took the time to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it and the haircut came out perfect. The whole vibe of the shop was welcoming and efficient, and Karin’s skill and customer service really stood out. Highly recommend asking for her if you’re coming in. I’ll definitely be back!

The service at this location is amazing! Everyone is Very welcoming, the few times I been here I Jie was the fist barber to cut my hair here and has always taken her time to make sure that I look and feel confident before I leave, she takes her time and always recommends and give a little knowledge of what each product does. Eve since the first day I get the mvp and haven’t changed that. It’s a nice little touch for a hair cut. Thank you Jie! Also want to give a thank you to the other stylist that have also cut my hair and groomed you have been amazing!!! Happy holidays!

Jie did a quick and perfect job with my hair. 10/10 recommend. I have also had cuts with 2 of the other stylists here and I was happy with their work as well. Never been disappointed at this location.

My hairstylist was friendly, experienced, and confident. She took her time with the details and genuinely cared about delivering a great result. The app made booking incredibly easy and the whole process was smooth and flawless. I was more than happy to leave a generous tip because the experience and the final result were excellent.

Karla offers the best service I've had at Sports Clips. She's knowledgeable enough with the different fades that I never worry when she gives me a haircut. I've had plenty of bad cuts from different locations that I make a priority to see Karla to get the haircut I desire.
