I have not been back to this place since Jen left me in the room with a keratin eyelash treatment for 20-30 minutes and did not check up on me. I was literally so concerned because she did not check on me once, and I could hear her outside talking to people, so I thought she had forgotten about me. They are flexible with scheduling and able to get you in quickly on the same day - but to not check on a client who just gave you $120-$130 is ridiculous

I’ve been seeing coming here for what seems like the dawn of time. Jen is super sweet and may be the fastest waxer in the west. Her place is impeccably clean, her pricing is competitive and there’s plenty of parking behind the building or on the street. Her eyelash lifts are also amazing. She recently added permanent jewelry to her current offerings. For fun I got a gold anklet recently and again the process was super smooth and efficient. Sorry it’s taken me so long to post this, Jen! Ally and I heart you.

Jen is absolutely amazing! I've gotten several lash lifts done with her & I couldn't be happier with the results. She is so talented & somehow managed to get my incredibly straight & stubborn lashes to curl beautifully! Not only that, she is kind, friendly & professional. Jenn is the best! She has wonderful energy and made me feel so comfortable. Due to alopecia I have no eyebrows, but she she showed me how a great tint (which she applied beautifully) could give me a natural-looking brow that could be enhanced for a more formal look or kept soft for when I’m at home and just want some definition on my face. She’s super knowledgeable and extremely personable. Highly recommended.
