Sport Clips Haircuts of Riverdale

I arrived about 10 minutes late, and my name was still on the board, which I appreciated. I was glad I didn’t have to start over or wait forever. Unfortunately, my experience with the stylist Brylee went downhill fast. Instead of just getting started, she repeatedly questioned me with things like, “You’re not here specifically for me, are you?” and “Anyone can cut your hair, right?” It felt like she was trying to talk me out of letting her cut my hair, to the point that I started second-guessing whether I even wanted her to cut my hair, or even wanted to be there. When I finally gave in and said, “Not specifically, I guess,” she immediately took that opportunity to invite the next people in line, who appeared to be friends. Stylists are great for the most part. I have only had a questionable haircut once and was able to get that fixed the next day. Issue I have is with the season pass. I purchased the VIP/Ultimate pass but did not get the haircuts I paid for and when I addressed this with the stylist I was told there was nothing they could do about it. Be sure you get what services you paid for since there is no accountability that Sport Clips will own or admit to.

Bridget is AWESOME! She has been cutting my hair for years now and is the only I go to. Everyone else so polite, helpful and easy to talk to. Love this location!

This was the first time going in and enjoyed my experience, especially the MVP cut that you get with your first time coming in. Also liked the fact that Brylee took the time to leave notes as well for next time! Overall I had a great experience and will be coming back!

Sam was awesome! Made sure I was happy with my haircut before I left and wasn't afraid to have a good conversation. Highly recommend!
