Helped fix my hat hair!!! Amazing employees and beautiful service, I’m not to sure the name of the person that helped me but she had glasses and knew a lot about the gel polishes, 11/10 service

Disappointed. I was looking for some temporary color styling gel to turn my hair white for a Halloween costume. I even made sure to tell her that it was just for a costume cosplay and nothing more. She told me about the whole bleaching process and I would have to tone it too! 🤦 not even close to what I had in mind!!! I'm also a hairdresser and have been in the business for 6 years so I already know how all of that works!! All I wanted was a damn styling gel with color in it. She then goes on to say "you can check spirit Halloween or even Walmart would have them!" No shit!!!! Honey, I work in a Walmart!!!!! I know they have color spray!!! I wasn't looking for a spray, I wanted a gel, or wax, or pomade, or hair puddy!!!! Because I'm a brunette and I know that those have more of a kick to it

It’s a bit disappointing/ discouraging when you can’t trust one of the only places to get decent hair products .. I purchased hair color over the weekend and didn’t notice a special being ran until I left (you’d expect an employee to mention/ be familiar with what’s happening in the store … I immediately saw the sign on the front but had to catch a movie so couldn’t run back in ) however I could have gotten 3 for the price of 2 I called and asked if I would be able to do a return / repurchase and was told not a problem ! Today I was able to make it in , and was met with that’s not something we do. The manager did do it and act like it was a huge favor … a few points of proper training could have avoided the whole ..Not the worst experience but bad enough I won’t be returning

The lady that helped us with the gauges and corny corny contacts talked down to my girlfriend the entire time and was just blatantly rude, and then recommended the wrong toner to turn my girlfriends sisters hair to blonde instead with whatever she suggested it turned bright blue! Ridiculous

I had a wonderful and unexpected experience. A kind and highly intelligent young woman assisted me and went above and beyond what she was required to do to pick just the right colors and products.she had to clock out because her shift was over but she came back and helped me across the finish line. Sally Beauty is a fortunate company in today’s age to have such a hardworking women of character working for them!. Congratulations for your wise choice to bring her on the team, she’s a keeper 💕
