Fresh Nails

I've tried quite a few different nail salons in Utah but this is by far my favorite. The salon is clean and the staff is very friendly and professional. Riley and Brooklyn have been done amazing nails for me including really cute designs. Highly recommend!

I had Horrible customer service experience!!! I will never go back and will tell all I know who go here to never go back. I came in back at the beginning of December for a manicure/pedicure. I had been once before a few months before and things were fine so we decided to give it another try. The girl was really sweet but she was a little new and you could tell. She cut the crap out of my fingernail cuticles and then proceeded to cut my big toe pretty bad. I just let it go. A week or two goes by and I see some redness and flakiness around where she cut me, it looked like it came directly from where I was cut. My husband told me it looked like an infection like a fungal infection. I never had one on my life so I had no idea. I started putting cream on it and finally 4 weeks later it’s finall

ALWAYS PERFECT NAILS!! I have been going to Fresh Nails for over a year and have rarely had any problems. Tram is an extremely talented artist and always get my nails close to the inspiration photo. When I have had problems, like a broken nail or the design wasn’t great they have always fixed it with little to no charge. The environment is always friendly. It’s always like going in and talking to close friends. There was a time when one of the techs made an offensive and inappropriate comment when I was there about the motorcycle community and almost made me not want to go back. The next time I went in and I had brought my bike and the fresh nails team was very kind and they always get excited when I bring the bike to the salon. I wrote about my first bad experience here 7 years ago and, despite that, recently decided to give Fresh Nails in Riverdale another chance. Unfortunately, the experience was even worse. I did not make an appointment, and multiple technicians worked on my hands and feet, rushing between clients. The lack of consistency showed, my nails turned out extremely poor quality, with uneven lengths and shapes and bubbles in the polish. My nails were so bad and embarrassing that I had to remove them entirely. Tram, the manager even commented about how bad they were. Nothing has improved over the years.
