Sport Clips Haircuts of Millington

DeeDee and her staff are always amazing and knowledgeable. When making a decision to change beard style, she walked me through some ideas and came out with a better plan than my original. Always enjoy going into there to feel like family and be treated with the best customer service!

While I am confident that SportsClips will do nothing with this review other than respond with a quick copy and paste…I am wasting more of my time today dealing with SportsClips. I signed in online…the website for some reason wouldn’t allow me to pick a specific stylist (I use the term stylist very lightly). Oh well. When I walked in, I immediately asked one of the employees to put Niki as my stylist. In the past, she has done a decent enough job. After sitting in the store for approximately 20 minutes, another customer came in and signed in. I was the next person on the board. The other customer asked why his wait time was so much longer than it said online. They explained that it is because Niki has another client (me) before him. Well to “correct” this, Niki decided to inform me that

I usually see Becca who does a great job. Today she wasn’t in and I needed a haircut before the holidays so I was seen by Jessica. An hour for low fade. By the time I left she messed up so many times I ended up with a high and tight leading to the need for way more hair cut to blend in neatly. Deedee even told her she went too high tried to fix but it was too late.

Abigail is a very skillful stylist and pays attention to detail. I would prefer to have her above all others!

This is not the first time I’ve seen this happen so something needs to be said. My last haircut i witnessed Bebe walk away from several “first available” clients and disappeared to the back. Last time i returned to sport clips there was a stylist with several requests on the board and a first available client walked in. Bebe proceeded to think that was the perfect time to do paperwork. I guess her time is more valuable than the clients. Not only did the young lady with request have to take the haircut it caused her to have to stay well over her time. I heard someone say they were going to call about this issue but just in case he did isn’t I will. There was no reason she couldn’t wait to complete other work responsibilities. Again this is not the first time I’ve seen bebe do this. Almost e
