I have been going to Crystal for over 10 years and I have not once thought about going anywhere else! The atmosphere is very comforting and she is so accommodating and listens to her clients’ desires. She’s is compassionate and an overall amazing stylist. I love my Crystal!

I’m No Longer Doing Business with this Salon!!!!! I really thought long and hard before writing this review. I even went to sleep and woke up hoping that this would no longer be on my mind and spirt. Unfortunately, neither were at rest. I booked a silk press appointment with Stylist Christa on Saturday, January 18th for Thursday, January 30th at 7:15pm. The appointment was confirmed by the site. On Wednesday, January 29th, I reached out to Christa to confirm my appointment for January 30th. She confirmed the appointment and asked if I can come in early. Immediately I responded letting her know the earliest I could do was 6:30pm due to my work schedule and distance. She never responded back that day.
