I was fortunate to have a Colorist working the day I went in!! I had been trying very hard to create my color, post covid, and had been failing since my colors were no longer available. I did a mix of 2 colors. I showed pictures to the Colorist, and she suggested 2 items. They turned out perfect and is exactly what I had been trying to accomplish!!

Chasity was Awesome she's a Great saleslady, kind , and knowledgeable of the products!

Went in on Saturday 3.20.21, Wanted to do my hair to the extreme, needed to get bleach and color and not knowing what to get that would be best for my hair type. I talked to the staff, who was very helpful and friedly, she showed me what was best. Answering lots of questions, and not getting impatient at all, even tho i got there right before closing. I highly recommend this location, i will be returning. Prices are great, store is well organized and stocked. Very clean.

Erika helped me the other day she is THE BEST employee there. She always know how to help. Is very knowledgeable about hair. She is so lovely to talk with. She should get some serious recognition for what she does.

Very helpful staff, friendly. I came a bit before restock so i didn't get the exact items I wanted but the staff directed me to compromises needed for a nail tech. Definitely a great store, even if cramped. Best if limited customers due to size.
