Worst service ever! My husband has taken our son here a few times and notice the customer service is horrible. Miserable attitudes, inconvenienced attitudes. My son was booked for a 6:30PM and the lady was rude from the minute they walked in, told my husband she never cut our sons hair before, “incorrect”, asked my husband what type of fade he needed and told him it was going to be a $15 up charge, “not the issue”, my husband told my son to get out of the chair and left because of the crappy attitude. If your employees are in a bad mood to be cutting a scheduled appointment that close to closing time they should find another job! Don’t waste your money here, we went 3 times when our usual barber was on vacation or sick but we will go anywhere else but here. Crappy customer service. Don’t

I got the MVP service. It was nice to get my hair washed so I didn't have hair all over. I like my haircut, the stylist did a good job.

Anastasia has been cutting my hair for almost 2 years. Every single time, the haircuts have been nothing short of impeccable! She always does a fantastic job and I have never walked disappointed or unhappy. Thank you for your attention to detail and always making this customer satisfied!

My stylist, who was obviously sick, coughed directly on me (not near me, on me) multiple times. She didn’t even try to cover up or turn away. I will not be back to this location.

Screw this place. I've only been going here a few months. This is the second time and 2nd hair stylists that decided that a trim means cutting a half inch of hair on who already has short hair. It took me two months to grow it back out last time. Is it that hard to cut off the same amount of hair you cut off the sides? No cool. Right before I go in vacation too. It's idiotic you can't schedule a few days ahead of time with a hair stylist that knows how to cut your hair.
