I am so grateful that I found Natalie. I have tried different therapists and styles of massage and she is THEE BEST! She starts with a thorough consultation to go over your concerns and makes sure you are comfortable with what she will be doing throughout your visit. She also creates a safe space to speak up if you do or don’t like something, and she checks in throughout the massage. I have TMJ, a constant sharp pain down my right arm and major lower back/hip tightness, and she found literally ALL of the spots of tension. I woke up the next day with minimal pain and was able to get through a full work day without focusing on my body screaming at me. My first time going to Natalie. She is so highly skilled. Prob the “deepest” deep tissue massage I’ve had and quite the transcendental experience. It was a full body massage (scalp to toes) but really focused on my neck, back, hips as we talked about in pre-massage chat - just what I needed being ~6 months postpartum. Mixture of techniques (hot stone, cupping, Ashiatsu, stretching). Originally booked 1.5 hour but extended to 2 hours. Will be back!

I saw Natalie for a prenatal massage at 36 weeks pregnant. She did a phenomenal job, and was so thorough on what was going to be beneficial for my body. She took time to stretch out my hips and shoulders throughout the massage to make sure I was loose. She also used baby safe products and was very communicative about how much pressure she was going to apply and very willing to add more or less if I requested. I highly recommend her to anyone who is pregnant and wants that extra TLC on your hips, pelvis and back!

Cannot recommend enough!! I went in with really bad lower back pain from a previous massage I had gotten elsewhere. After 90 minutes, I left feeling like a new person! Natalie was incredibly knowledgeable and communicative throughout the entire session, making sure I got the most out of my massage. I tried cupping for the first time, and the results were amazing — I’ve already felt so much relief after just one visit. Her massage set up was very professional, clean and inviting. Can't wait for my next massage! Highly recommend!
