Through a combination of massage and exercises, she has corrected my anterior pelvic tilt, which alleviated pain in my lower back. Kitty has also been a huge help in keeping my TMJS at bay. Not only does she release the surrounding muscles on the neck and shoulders—she wears gloves and releases muscles inside my mouth! Regular massage therapy has made my chiropractic adjustments hold better and for longer, as well.
