The lady who cut my hair, did an amazing job. Asked me at every point how I wanted the cut, all customized for me. Best haircut I've gotten in a while.

I waited 45 minutes and they took a man who came in 40 minutes after me before me bc I am a woman and have long hair. All I wanted was a trim. It takes 10 minutes. I’ve never been discriminated against like this before. Not even sure how to process it.

I came here for the first time earlier today and received one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had. I hoped it would look better after a shower, but it turned out even worse than I expected. The more I look at it, the worse it seems. I showed them photos, as I usually do wherever I go, but the result wasn’t even remotely close (at least, I don’t think it is). I’m giving this place two stars because they apparently offer special treatments for students, which I genuinely appreciated, but I don’t think that’s enough to make it worth coming here. I came in today feeling a little low, but Amanda's warm and friendly energy made a real difference. She was cheerful, easy to talk to, and really made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. She listened carefully to what I wanted and offered thoughtful suggestions without being pushy. I felt like I could just relax and trust her, which honestly meant a lot. Sometimes getting a haircut can feel like just another errand, but today it felt more like a gentle reset. Thanks to Amanda, I walked out feeling a little lighter, inside and out. Really grateful.

Worst hair cut ever. I asked for curtain bangs and she just grabbed a huge chunk almost 4 inches wide and cut it all off. Both sides r uneven and i asked them to fix it multiple times in-store but she kept on just complimenting me saying it looked beautiful. Came in with long hair and left with uneven cuts. She doesn’t know how to do layers.
