I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. I came in for a simple haircut, and it ended up being one of the worst cuts I’ve had. The stylist rushed through the entire process, over-thinned the top, and left the haircut completely uneven. She removed way too much weight from the areas that actually needed coverage, which made my hair look noticeably thinner and patchy. The blending was poor, the top is choppy and uneven, and the cut exposed my crown and hairline in a really unflattering way. When I got home and compared it to photos from before the haircut, it was obvious the issue wasn’t my hair — it was the cut. The worst Sports clips I have been to in my life. The hairstylist was in a rush and wanted to throw me out of the store. Asked her to keep the front hair long, she cut them short. Asked her to fade the sides from 4 to 1. She did 4 and then 1. No in between fade. Managed to make her understand that it’s not even faded. Finally asked her for the mvp Shower. She said no. Go out. I don’t want to do it. The other stylists also looked in a rush. It wasn’t a busy store and only one person on the waitlist I could see from tv. And yet I was asked to not get a head shower. Horrible customer service. Rude staff. Never coming back! Desperately want to name the hairstylist here, but avoiding. Wrote this review for a lesson to everyone trying to schedule an appointment here and specially for the manager

Went in last week. Asked for a high fade. Left with what looks like she put a bowl on my head. Terrible. Some ladies have no business trying to fade someone. This woman clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing. Will not go back.
