The online check in was very easy and cut my wait time at the location. Tina did a great job with my son's haircut and he got exactly what he was asking for. We are very happy with the service.

Jamila always does a great job. She is very open to my thoughts and always asks how I like the haircut and asks if there’s any adjustments she needs to make. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a very good haircut !

I can’t stress enough do not visit this location. I was the only person in the store and some how the stylist got a ticket for a different customer and shaved my head. When I stopped her she realized she made a mistake and said she would fix it. The haircut was so bad. She missed sideburns leaving patches she had a long area in the back she kissed as well. I ended up going to another location 1 hour later to get the cut corrected and the stylist said it was hands down the worst cut she had ever seen someone walk in with, again do jot visit this store.

It was great. First time customer receive a MVP treatment for free! Massage, hot towel and shampoo. Just lovely, I almost fell asleep. Also, the professionals are great and know what they're doing.

Horrible at best. Avoid like the plague. Walked in, one stylist 01/22/26. Ahe was on her phone. I asked for a cut, she told me to sign in. No one was in the place. As I started to sign in, another walk in came in, they were using a kiosk to sign in. I guess they were faster than me on the kiosk. She took them before me. Ridiculous. Rude and couldn’t care less. First and last visit to this crappy location. Funny note on front door. Closed on tuesdays due to hair cutting staff shortages. Sounds like a lack of management and training issues.
