Isabella cut my grandson's (5) hair and she was amazing. He chatted her up about his 5 yr old life and she was so patient with him, even though we were the last customer of the night. Thank you so much

I’ve been here a few times. Everything is always pretty good. I’ve never had issues. I went yesterday. This morning I saw my card was charged 25 times for 40$. I am currently out 1,000$. When I called this morning the manager told me they only see one charge and they cannot control what happens when I walk out the door. They told me I need to dispute the charge with my bank and basically told me it’s not their fault. It might not be their fault but their system charged the card. It could have been human error as well and has not been determined.
