My hairstylist, Hannah, was very personable and outstanding in her customer service. Everyone working at the Cornelius NC location was professional and courteous. And even though they were busy, were pleasant and engaging.

I went yesterday for a trim from Destiny and ended up having to go to Untangled and have a woman with 30 years of experience and training, Jennifer, fix what she did to my hair. It was way shorter than I wanted, choppy, uneven, and spots were completely missed. Allison, who works at this location is fantastic, but unfortunately she was not there that day. I have had many cuts here before with no issues at all. It was cut to short to be about to add extensions in and fixing it made it even shorter. Allison did everything she could to make the experience right, but unfortunately I had to buy a wig until I could get it fixed and also now have growth serums to try to get it to grow back out. Please, male or female, DO NOT let Destiny cut your hair. I am completely devastated and feel completel
